1 - The faith of my ancestors. The histories of sacrifice, focus, tragedy, blessings, miracles, perseverance, perspective, hope and audacity. I take pride in them though I can take no credit for them.
2 - The written word of God. Old Testament - covenants. New Testament - Glimpse into the life and teachings of Christ in His element. Book of Mormon - clear and prophetic. I can see my lifetime in it. Doctrine & Covenants - Contemporary and direct. Pearl of Great Price - Amplified first-hand experiences of prophets.
3 - Unplanned moments of conversations with my children about their ancestors and the written word of God.
