Hands down. The CUTEST little grandson ever. The Captain and I are enamored with him. He's enough temptation to consider moving to Texas.

And yes, he smiles like that ALL THE TIME. He is the happiest baby I've ever seen. It's rumored he's not so happy when he rides in his carseat... but since the Captain and I were in a different car, we didn't find that out first hand.
